FAQ

Is it free to join?

Yep, the community and all our events are completely free. Just hop in the Discord and say hi.

Is the ComplexHub launcher safe to download?

It's our own launcher, but you should never take that on trust. Before running it, verify the SHA-256 checksum against SHA256SUMS.txt on the release. The Play page shows exactly how. Windows may show a SmartScreen warning because the app isn't code-signed yet, which is expected for now.

What do I need to take part?

A Discord account to join the community, and the ComplexHub launcher (Windows) to play our hub. Minecraft events use Minecraft, and details get posted in the Discord.

How do I find out about events?

Everything gets announced in the Discord: times, teams, and one-off events. That's the place to be.

I'm having a problem. What do I do?

Message Monks or Reflext on Discord, or open a ticket in the Discord.
