About the service

Complex Games is a community-run project provided free of charge. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time, and everything is offered on an as-is basis.

Acceptable use

Be decent. When using our community, Discord or ComplexHub you agree not to:

• harass, threaten or abuse other people;
• cheat, exploit, or interfere with the service or other users;
• use the service for anything illegal;
• attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us via Discord if you think your account has been compromised.

ComplexHub software

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the ComplexHub launcher for its intended purpose. Please don't redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer or tamper with it.

Third-party links

Our site links to Discord, YouTube, TikTok and GitHub. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party services.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The Complex Games name and our own content belong to us. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. We are an independent community and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or ComplexHub. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
