Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 September 2026
Complex Games is a community-run gaming group operating this website and the ComplexHub launcher. This policy explains what data is involved when you use them. You can reach us through our Discord.
The website
This website does not collect personal data, use cookies, run analytics, or track you. There are no sign-up forms here.
Like any website, when you visit, the services that deliver the page automatically receive standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type). We don't control or store this. Specifically:
- GitHub hosts this site, the hero video and the launcher download. GitHub receives your IP address to deliver them. See GitHub's privacy statement.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts. Google receives your IP address to serve them. See Google's privacy policy.
ComplexHub accounts
To use ComplexHub you create an account with a username and password. That's all we collect. There is no email address, no real name, and no age. Your password is stored in a hashed form, not as plain text. We use this information only to let you log in and use the hub.
How we use it
We use your account details solely to provide the ComplexHub service you've asked for. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Keeping it and deleting it
We keep your account details while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time via Discord.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including access, correction and deletion. To exercise them, message us on Discord.
Younger players
Our community and ComplexHub are used by players of different ages. We only ever collect a username and password, nothing that identifies you personally. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared information they shouldn't have, contact us on Discord and we'll remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
